Client Charter

1. R & D projects with potential according to the needs of ATM and the defense industry:
a. Short-term project completion period not exceeding one (1) year;
b. Long-term project completion period not exceeding five (5) years.

2. Perform testing and prepare a report within a period not exceeding one (1) month;

3. Defence Procurement Specification For business:
a. Preparing for the early development of procurement specifications for responding toconsumer demand does not exceed five (5) days;
b. Filtering procurement specifications within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days;
c. Confirms the complete specification and procurement certificate issued within three(3) days.

4. Failure to carry out investigations and prepare a report within a period not exceedingtwo (2) months;

5. Provide technical advice in accordance with specific expertise not exceed fifteen(15) days.
