The activity recording service during the firing test is carried out using a  Full HD high resolution camera .

600 Meter Covered Range Rental Facility Complete with  Full HD Camera Facility  to Record Shooting Tests and  2D Doppler  Radar to Record Projectile Velocity up to 12.7mm Caliber

The Ballistics Branch is responsible for the 600 meter indoor range located in Batu Arang's STRIDE Weapons Technology Division. This field can be rented along with other facilities at a very reasonable price.

The salt spray test is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack on a coated sample ( coating ) to evaluate (mostly relative) the suitability of the coating to the sample/product.

Sensitivity of Explosives due to Impact Test – MS 1990-2-4:2009

Test or evaluate the level of sensitivity of the explosive sample to the impact of the weight. Evaluation is carried out based on the lowest impact energy ( Limiting Impact Energy , LIE) of explosives.

Chemical stability test of  nitrocellulose- based propellants  based on the reduction of stabilizers by UHPLC.

Gun Barrel Bore Gauge (EMEI Armament BA005)

Measure the diameter inside the gun barrel. The adjustable diameters that can be measured are 155mm, 105mm, 90mm, 57mm, 40mm and 35mm.

Inspection and measurement to measure the size or depth of defects such as cracks found during inspection. The images obtained are clear and high-resolution even in a limited space through bright laser diode light sources and the latest image processing technology.

Record slow motion for fast objects up to 5,000fps.

Photron High Speed ​​Motion Analysis (250,000fps)

Record slow motion for fast objects up to 250,000fps.

Infra Red Temperature Thermo Graphic Test

Record temperatures to detect heat patterns in the infrared wavelength spectrum that cannot be seen with the naked eye. The temperature that can be recorded is from -20°C to 1000°C.

Measure objects using  Coordinate Measuring Machine  (3D CMM) equipment.

Test firing to test the capability and functionality of the weapon.

Projectile Rocket Ordnance Design & Analysis System

Software to produce rocket or projectile models, measure  mass properties,  calculate aerodynamics and stability for simulated firing tests.

Physical examination and dimensional measurement of small arms as follows:
